Have a HAPPY SUMMER!
The last LCA Meeting was held at 7:30 p.m. on June 17, 2026 at Everly Apartments (97 Capital Court in Largo, Maryland). A new set of Largo Civic Association constitution and bylaws were adopted.

District 6 - Lawn Mowing Services for Seniors
Do you have a neighbor who needs help with their lawn? If your neighbor is a senior citizen or a person with disabilities, you can nominate them for lawn mowing services. Visit this website to nominate a senior citizen or person with disabilities.

Young Adults: Real-World Money Empowerment Experience
Andrews Federal Credit Union is accepting applications for Make It My Life: Real-World Money Empowerment Experience, a free four-session financial education program designed to help young adults build confidence with money and life skills.
Participants will explore financial goal setting, budgeting, money management, career pathways, and connect with professionals from various industries.
Program Dates:
June 29, 2026 (In-Person) – Foundation & Vision
July 6, 2026 (Virtual) – Money Basics That Work in Real Life
July 13, 2026 (Virtual) – Make Smart Money Moves
July 20, 2026 (In-Person) – Celebrate Your Growth
Topics include:
• Financial goal setting and vision boards
• Money mindset and budgeting skills
• Safe money management strategies
• Career exploration and networking opportunities
• Resources for future success
